SIDE SALAD

Fasollia - Ospria

A classic Cypriot dish which has been cooked and served in it's simplest form for generations. Savoury beans with tomato, served with chunky cucumber, tomatoes, and a wedge of onion. Combined with Traditional Cypriot bread or pitta bread.

Lamb Souvla

Large pieces of Lamb on the bone slowly grilled over charcoal. Simply seasoned and mouth wateringly delicious.

Louvi - Ospria

Authentic Greek Cypriot dish of black eyed beans, spinach & courgette served with Olive oil and chunks of cucumber, tomatoes, Cypriot bread and spring onion

Taramosalata

Chef Steve's family recipe. Thick creamy Tarama made with the finest smoked Cod Roe blended with Cypriot bread and lemon juice. As with all our dishes, no preservatives or artificial colouring or enhancers allowed into the Meraki kitchen.

Houmous

Chick peas, tahini paste & garlic blended into a tasty & nutritious dip following Chef Steve's recipe. Nothing but pure goodness in each healthy mouthful.

Tsatziki

Strained Greek Cypriot yoghurt, finely chopped cucumber & garlic mixed together into a refreshing dip.

Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake

This delicious dessert is made onsite by Chef Steve's daughter Leah. Meraki seems to be a family trait.
